Cut out all junk food like sweets, soda pop, and white foods like pasta, white breads, whole milk, and exercise going directly at the AB muscles to flatten stomach but this will take time and wont happen overnight so don't quit and in time youll get that body you want and also eat in moderation and don't skip a good breakfast, just don't overdo it.

Since the internet is a research tool that you can use anytime, I would research different exercise programs to help you reach your goals. Get into a routine and I am sure you will lose the weight in no time. A healthy diet is also something to add along with exercise. Some site specialize in flattening your stomach. Check them out.

Diet, diet, diet. A flat stomach is pure diet-what you're putting into your body. Eat white meat like lean turkey, stay away from pork especially. Eat a lot of veggies... Iceberg lettuce does not count. The darker the lettuce the more healthy it is. Instead of ranch on your salad, use oil and vinegar sparingly. Eat protein at every meal. During each meal, on your plate you should have mostly protein, then a medium amount of slow carbs and the least amount of fast carbs. Slow carbs are good carbs such as fruits and veggies, BROWN rice, oatmeal, beans and nuts. Fast carbs are the "bad" carbs like bread, potatoes and WHITE rice.

If you want to get rid of loose skin then cardio is your best friend. Run, run, run. If you want a six pack and/or tone then run and work out with weights.

Traditional wisdom goes something like this----

You do have to reduce your calories,

Each pound is worth 3500 calories - so you have to cut about 3500 calories from your diet by the end of each week (that's about 500 less per day).

Make sure that if you are feeling hungry, you have a bottle of water nearby that you can chug. Also - eat as many veggies as you can to accompany your lunch or dinner. Lastly, eat food that is high in protein (maybe a 10 gram protein bar) to fill you up and keep you full between meals. Don't cut dairy (you need it) and make sure you get rest, too.

That diet plan will work if you can stick to
