Because they eat too much junk food and don't get enough fiber in their meals. Eating fruit will help a lot with that. Fiber is the key to proper eating and digesting. There isn't any of that in junk food and snacks!
People need to eat more vegetables, fruits you need more fiber for constipation ..If you want have a good "BM" eat a bowel of lettuce that will move you always does me.. LOL
They probably eat a lot of cheese or anything that makes them constipated.
