Fruits such as Bananas help raise Serotonin levels of depressed people, Apples help the immune system because stress can cause the immune system to go lower and cause physical illnesses. Oranges are good source of Vitamin C ..Some people such as myself will take a piece of Chocolate that some how relieves Anxiety attacks.

Leafy greens like spinach, kale and mizuna, oatmeal with cinnamon and honey (my favorite) Dark chocolate covered almonds, yogurt with berries. Include eggs, cheeses, apples, bananas, oranges, fish and lean meats. Do not skip meals or indulge in a lot of fast foods. Limit sugar, fat, caffeine and alcohol. You may want to take a daily vitamin supplement in case you can't get the right amount of stress fighting foods into your daily diet. Also keep hydrated as that can cause many symptoms including depression......
For reducing the stress people should eat foods like fruits and cool drinks. It makes the mind relaxed.
Asparagus - it boosts your level of folic acid, which is linked to depression/stress.
Blueberries - they are powerful antioxidants and contain lots of vitamin C.
