HELP! My younger brother got sick with a fluctuated fever. We thought he was getting better, but then this morning he doesn't want to walk...when my dad squeezes his legs, he freaks. What could this mean?

By "freak" do you mean pain? If that's what you mean, and he has a fever, he needs a doctor. That pain could be caused by his spinal cord. He needs a doctor as several things could cause these symptoms, one of which is meningitis.

There are no real certified DRs on this website and this is extremely serious and every minute could count here so have your Parents get him to and ER and let real Drs handle this before its too late. Any DR making a diagnosis on any website without knowing the whole story without all details should not be practicing.  Get him to an ER and good luck and please let me know what happens. I am only a Medavac Helicopter Pilot/Paramedic from Vietnam so my training is out dated and even if it was not, I would not make a comment on here what this is.  Good luck

When I asked this question he was already at the hospital. I'm not one of those people who rely on strangers to give them medical information. Anyway, he's fine. He has strep which is affecting his muscles in his legs, causing him to be weaker and sore
