A couple of things....first, it's actually an infection of outer ear canal, so try home remedies, but if no improvement is noticed see your doctor. You can use some vinegar by itself or mix with rubbing alcohol, warm and place a few drops in your ear, you can also infuse a few pieces of garlic in some olive oil, strain the garlic out, warm the solution and place a few drops in your ear. Heat will make your ear feel better as will a hairdryer on warm.
