Actually anything can be possible, but I have never heard of anything like this before. So I don't think it is possible unless of course the sleepwalker did not use his or her legs.

It's my husband and he has been parlaize for 6 years I met him after he became like this .. I have seen him stand up on his own late at night and he says I was seeing things then the other night his crutches were in the bathroom and he was inbed he said he must had sleep walked ... Now I have also heard from other family members that he can walk and that the doctors never found a reason why he couldn't

The only thing that you can do is call the doctor and maybe he'll see you.

From your comments ... You are probably being scammed.  And if he's getting disability payments for the injury, he's likely committing a felony.  And if other people have seen him walk, it's only a matter of time until the insurance company finds out - and you have to pay back all that money, plus lawyer's fees, fines, penalties - and possible jail time.  (If you witness it, and don't report it - YOU are a conspirator, and subject to the same penalties he is.)

And how would they prove that he's faking and that it hasn't been in his head ?

You tell his doctor he is walking, and ask if he will follow up with the insurance company.

Whether the paralysis was real or in his head ... he would NOT be able to walk "sometime". It would be all or nothing.
