How should children suffering from autism taken care of themselves?

It is so encouraging to see people treat such children as human beings worthy of life. I read that the understanding of relatives and friends and their active assistance give parents of children with autism much-needed support. People’s awareness of autism, as well as their acceptance of individuals with autism in the community, prevents them from thoughtlessly adding to the burdens of these families. To the extent that families make the home environment one that is orderly, filled with love and firmness , their child will be secure and happy.
