A few years ago, I tried a web search to try to find one of my co-students at college.

I eventually found out that he was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder about 10 years ago. He had always been a bad-tempered and stroppy guy (but I didn't care, 'cause he was a buddy and by definition "on my side"). I'd never expected him to turn into a murderer though.

The odd thing was that his was a retaliatory attack, against someone who had attacked him a few months before.

I'm happy and thankful I don't know any "Postal People".

Write down/log everything. Recommend they talk to mental health professionals, some family members  and if there're in a bad way, maybe mention it to the police.
