Depends on the situation. Most things I keep calm and carry on about, but if I see someone hurting another person or an animal, calm is gone and I will defend that person or animal.

I born in Jan, which means winter, winter people are oldies! Old souls! Peaceful and orators! But my blood type is A+  which it contains behavior of half calm and half crazy!!!!  I'm + means i'm closer to blood type O, O people are riot with wild attitude, like Hitler.

Beside that is dependable on situations, generally, I'm calm, calm, calm, so calm!  I get bothered, i warn, i'm still calm, if i break, i'll be so out of control in a very strange way.

Being born in January puts you at a lifetime advantage over peers, which you probably recognize. I practice calm in annoying situations, but sometimes I need to take a few word and discourage someone from trying to interact with me. Your description wavers between ever-so-good and dangerous. I like that.

I'm with you ! sometimes some expressions are necessary! and for me, the weight and tone of my words depends on how i let go of myself and get out of control!

Being calm and / or being angry can both be appropriate reactions at any given time.

Either can be an emotional response, a philosophical position, or a tool.

I carry both in my pocket for ready access. I've gotten pretty good at using the best one for a current situation.
