I rarely have difficulty falling asleep but when I do, I just take the dog for a long walk. Makes us both tired.
I drink sleepytime tea, and read.
Break lamps.
400mg of seroquel. The times it don't make me want to commit suicide, it MAKES me sleep just fine.
Hot chocolate, or warm milk. I heat up a wheat/rice bag and put it round my neck, its like a warm hug.
I always have trouble sleeping and I do nothing I just lay there for an hour or two until I can sleep.
I probably should find a different method but this one is just so convenient!
Playing video games, reading books, listening to music (with closed eyes) and the one which probably i'm not suppose to talk about it here!!!
i have my bad nights but i do pretty well overall.Â
Most of the time, I have no problem falling asleep. However, when I have to take pain medication at night, I try not to lay down until a hour later. In between that time, I read my bible base publications, maybe watch a little television, or ever better, I listen to my Kingdom melodies. Afterwards, Zzzzzzzzzzzz the snoring begins, and my husband put the covers over his head. Lol. :)
Reading puts me to sleep right away.
That said, I rarely have trouble falling asleep--it only seems to happen if I'm stressed out or if I've been eating late.
