Some people remember more for what you didn't do for them than what you have done for them. Is this true for you?

I've been lucky as this barely occurred in my life. But it's true and there are many people exist this way. The fact is many times this happens subconsciously for many people as a "revenge behavioral" something goes wrong and all of a sudden they start to make a list of everything you haven't done for them and for a second it sounds like you never done anything.

Being a nurse this happens to me every day that I work without fail.....nobody remembers that you've eased their pain, just that it took you five minutes to bring the medication....and that's not soon enough.

It can be a thankless job, Angela, but through you I'd like to say a big thank you to nurses everywhere. Some of us know what you do and appreciate it.

I can only think of twice that's happened during a very long life. I don't sweat it. If I help people in some way it's not because I want their gratitude but, of course, it's nice to know that they appreciate it.

Yes, my 3 remaining adult children😝.

Ironic, the one 💃that die, always told me he loved me and was happy I did my best. He visited me, called and wrote letters.😔
