I am going to say smoking. First off if you don't over indulge a small amout of alcohol may actuslly be good for you. Never has that been said about smoking. Also when you drink you fo not effect the person sitting next to with harmful second hand fumes. Secondhand smoke has killed people.

Drinking in moderation is definately ok. It is when you over indulge, becoming a drunk that the trouble comes. Smoking, however can be the cause of cancer and other breathing disorders, you would definately be "defiling the flesh". Hope this is helpful
