not totally true....if you sleep more than enough , you'll end up having a lousy day and feel tired as a sloth all day ......to get you going good....enough sleep is good....not too much ..not too less...

Not entirely true . . Your body really only NEEDS X-amount of sleep (X may be different for individuals) . . . Sleeping more then you need to only leaves your head groggy, and your body sore from being in the same position . . . The body is designed for movement.

No. Once I slept 16 hours on a weekend because I didn't have an alarm, and my family left grocery shopping. Woke up with a dry throat, and head hurt from hunger. Never again...hopefully.

And the other day I slept 3-4 hours and got up feeling okay. I used an alarm clock adjusted to my sleep cycles. Only difference was that night, I was actually sleepy and went to sleep on time :)

No.  Too much sleep can be just as bad as too little sleep!  Either one will throw you out of balance.

For the most part, sleep is not the only thing that allows you to feel better. Of course, it is simply necessary to sleep, but if, for example, despite a good dream, you are still tired, you need to reconsider your lifestyle and maybe drink a course of vitamins. Well, or nootropics can still help, but this is better to read more on sites where nootropics are sold. Like this site https://nootropicboost.com/. Try it
