What activity should i adopt for entertainment when i am sad like today and the reason is still unknown?

I am sorry you are sad. I hope your days become "sun-shinny" soon. Have you tried (and I know it sounds weird) doing a little exercise out doors? Exercise releases feel good endorphins and actually can give you energy. Plus the fresh air and some natural light can boost a blue mood.

Sorry you feel sad, i know how the feeling goes. I had trouble falling sleep and back up at 7:30 a.m. I feel like crap. Hope you feel better plus feeling betrayed doesn't help any too :(
