My MRI shows I have a sequestered lumbar disc which gives me back pain. I am also experiencing tingling in my hands and feet lately. . Could I have fibromyalgia. I am 61

You could have carple tunnel in your hands or a pitch nerve in your neck. Ask your dr. To send you for an emg and a mri of your kneck
You may have neuropathy due to impinged nerves which can cause tingling - time to see a rheumatologist.
