Not only would I be nervous, I would be at the doctors office and not typing on the computer. Please have this seen about ASAP. You know what you fear...cancer. The only way to know for sure what you are dealing with is to go see a physician. He may be able to relieve your mind, and if not, the longer you wait the worse the prognosis. This is not something that you want to delay. Cancer is not an immediate death sentence as it was many years ago. It can be dealt with and treated. Thousands survive breast cancer but it is not something that you can put off without causing more problems. Pick up the phone and schedule an appointment. Please.
