Fingers wrinkle faster in hot water. Hot water opens the pours faster allowing water to get into the skin faster, thereby wrinkling faster. I asked this question, but did not get a response. I did the experiment and it proved to be true. Our skin has an oily substance called sebum that keeps water out of the skin, but hot water washes it away faster allowing water to get in faster.
