It's a universal sign something isn't right. You should see your doctor as some things may be easily treated but become life threatening and an emergency without it. More than 24 hours OR anything else that's not usual like eating, drinking, playing, fever, shaking, depressed, vomiting and you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible.
