Please take your cat to a vet to get this problem assessed. Inability to use hind legs usually results from some nerve damage, usually in the spinal column. If the cat has been hit by a car, or kicked, or stepped on, this is likely to occur. It could be temporary or permanent.

You can't. Ask the breeder for them. If you just got the dog from someone who SAID it was pedigreed, you can't necessarily believe them. That's an old trick. But do NOT destroy the dog just because it's not papered. Sometimes the excessive in-breeding with pedigreed results in a messed up dog, physically AND mentally.

Puppies will eat anything, and candy should not be a problem. A big concern with dogs is when they eat chocolate. IF your cat has had a rabies shot, not to worry. If not, since rabies is 100% fatal, consult a vet just to be sure. It's probably an infection of the gums or some other tooth disorder. The canine teeth often become loose and have to be removed, but until that's done it's really painful.
