It is not the shot that you bruise from.  It is a result of the person doing the shot, the location of the shot, and also possibly you past medical hx. (i.e. You take blood thinners, or have a BBP)  The actual vitamin does not cause bruising/hematoma.

Bilateral refers to both sides of the body.  Infiltrates refers to a problem or "broken".  Together will most likely be the verbiage used when assessing an x-ray and discussing someone with pneumonia.

There are several types of abortion.  I will assume you are asking about spontaneous abortion. The most common reason will be progesterone, and estrogen levels were off.  But an in-depth interview is needed.  Smoking, past history of GYN issues (HPV, STD, and Endometriosis) and trauma could all play a part as well.  See you OB/GYN.

Lunesta is not a "scheduled" drug or narcotic that is concerning on a urine test.  Prior to your test they ask you if you are taking any drugs.  Both RX. And OTC.  Just disclaim you are taking it, and you will be fine.
