You need to see your doctor.  It could be neuropathy, circulation problems related to diabetes, etc.

The lyme disease is caused by the infection due to 3 species of genus borellia bacteria. The bacteria is transmitted by the biting of ticks. If this problem is not treated then many complications can arrive. In chronic lyme disease the CNS is also affected causing problems similar in you. In Walid-Robinson Pain Index, score of 8 means hurts a whole lot. Different serological tests are also available for lyme disease. For more detail, visit Lyme disease.
