Possibly so. Your systolic reading is indicative of stage 1 hypertension (of two stages, the second at which cardiac risk is serious). The risk of your reading, if valid, could be much greater if you age is below elderly, which is to say, around 60 and above. If this is a true resting reading (meaning the test was done properly with cuff at heart level, and after 5 minutes of full relaxation, you would be well advised to check with and get an opinion and followup with your primary care physician.
