Depending on your age it can mean a number of things, if you are over the age of around 60 then you will find that the condition is somewhat normal and it is simply going to be a buildup of fluid which is going to be affecting the iris, however if you are under the age of 40 then it is advised that you seek medical help as it is going to be likely that you are going to have a problem with your blood pressure or high cholesterol.

It is going to be different for each and every person with it affecting some more than others. In order for you to ensure that you are not going to experience too many problems with the condition that is affecting your iris then it is always advised that you should see your doctor to maybe sort the condition with a simple course of eye drops, or if you are going to need to have further investigations which may lead to finding out if you have any underlying problems which are going to affect the iris and cause your problems in the future.

As with any condition that you may not be sure about, you can find some information on the internet which is going to be able to provide you with some idea of what you may expect to hear from the doctor or what it is that may be causing the problem with your iris. It is always better to have peace of mind and when you have the help that you need this is something that is very achievable.

If you have had problems with your iris in the past it is important that you have medication to stop the infection from coming back, and if this is the first time you have it, it is important that you do not ignore the symptoms for too long.
