You should have it diagnosed. Cataracts (old age and juvenile), some other eye diseases, it may be from injury or irritation that can be corrected or may be a scar from a previous issue if you are aware of one. Puncture/scratch, dry eye, entropian, distichiasis, something like that. You should see your vet to see if there's anything you can do to make things better for your pup and if you can halt the progress of whatever is going on.
