The upper number is your SYSTOLIC pressure, the pressure your heart
takes to pump the blood out. The second number is your DIASTOLIC
pressure and is the pressure inside your heart at rest between beats.
Normal Systolic pressure is 80 -120, normal diastolic pressure is
50-80. High blood pressure is over 140 Systolic and the higher it is
means the harder your heart is working.
