Anorexia will make you weak all over, your hair could fall out and you can miss your period.

That is a simple answer. Anorexia weakens your whole body. Inside and out. Not just your legs. Your bones there structure. Your skin. Your heart. But if your looking for it to stop you. A lot of times. One is in so deeply the side affects don't matter.

Yes. Besides, leg weakness can be the sign for paralysis which come from the compression of nerve at the lower back section. But don't worry so much if you are suffering with weak legs. Because, there are some tips that you can use to overcome the problem.

1. Massage

  • Warm up some essential oil such as mustard, coconut or olive.
  • Gently massage your weak legs using those warm oils for about 15 minutes.
  • Perform twice per day.
2. Leg Strengthening Exercises

The exercises that help train leg muscles and prevent weak legs include resistance hamstring curls, resistance band knee extension, adductor squeeze, hip abduction side lying, lunges, Swiss ball squats, hamstring strengthening, straight leg raise, quad press and heel slide. You should practice those exercises for 3 to 4 times per week and you will need to stop in case those exercises make you incur pain.

3. Sunshine

Vitamin D is required for the regulation of 2 essential elements for strong bones which are phosphorus and calcium.By sunbathing in early morning for at least 15 minutes, you can help yourself obtain vitamin D from the UV rays.
