The question is not clear. Whether you mean that the contents of your colon leaking out of rectum? Or the colon as organ comes out of rectum. If colon itself came out of rectum, then this can be due to colon cancer or benign tumor or hemorrhoids. If you mean contents of colon, then loose bowel movement cause this problem.
