HBsAg = reactive (means currently having HB) ---> BAD
HBsAg = non-reactive (means currently not having HB) ---> GOOD
Anti-HBs = reactive (means having antibody for HB) ---> successfully vaccinated /recovered
Anti-HBs = non-reactive (means not having antibody for HB) ---> need for vaccinate

Technical people use the terms reactive and non reactive in stead of positive and negative. If you are tested Hepatitis B antibody non reactive then it means that you are not having virus of hepatitis B at this time.
