A normal blood pressure is below 120/80. Any blood pressure below this range can be considered as low blood pressure if is causing dizziness, fainting and other signs like lack of concentration, nausea, fatigue, thirst, cold skin, shallow breathing etc. If its not causing and problem them no need to worry. Same is true for a blood pressure of 107/59. If you are not having any problem with this blood pressure then it is normal. A pulse below sixty if causing problems then it is abnormal.
