Hi, your dark circles under your eyes could be coming from a lack of not having enough good restful sleep. Also, the dark circles maybe cause by the lack of proper rest or you could be rubbing your eyes and causing them to break blood vessels right under the skin, which can cause dark circles. Your turning dark could be the result of you not drinking enough clean water. To make sure, that there are no medical conditions, that maybe causing these problems, check with your Doctor. However, I do know that you must replenish your body with clean water. Everyday, you should be drinking at least half of your body weight of water. To drink you required amount of water you need, for example if you weigh 100 pounds, you should be drinking at least 50 ounces of water a day. Check out my web site and take a look at our clean water and sleep systems. Take care

Dark circles under your eyes also can have something to do with your blood pressure. Watch what you eat. I have a friend who had dark circles beneath his eyes, and his mom figured he had hypertension. It came from him eating the wrong food all the time. Not all people get the dark circles, but quite a bit. Lack of sleep  can caused this. Make sure you are sleeping at least 6-b hrs a day. Take naps too. Dry lips can have something to do with a change of climate. Use medicated lip balm or carmex to alleviate the problem.  Be sure to hydrate too.

I'm a nurse and as far as I know dry lips are a sign of dehydration, but also it can be the weather. As for dark circles, it can be lack of sleep, dehydration, or other medical problems. If they never go away you might want to consult your doctor.

I can assure you dry lips can have nothing to do with a lack of water. I have had a medical condition that leaves me constantly thirsty if I don't take my medication. I can drink enormous amounts of water, yet I have had a problem with dry lips for years. I'm not saying it's not possible, but you would have to be seriously dehydrated for a period of time. It is more likely due to environmental factors: Dry air, sun, wind and the like.

Dehydration is another environmental cause of dark circles under the eyes. Unsufficient amount of fluids it can cause a decrease in circulation; poor circulation causes the blood vessels in the eyes to look much more noticeable.
