My Systolic Is 152, But My Diastolic Is 62(pulse 96) I Am On Lisinopril. What Do The Numbers Mean?

Your systolic should be higher than diastolic, yes. As a rough guide, normal systolic bp should be not much higher than 100 plus your age, give or take a little. It can be much lower than this and be classed as normal, but going higher can cause problems.

Systolic is when your heart contracts, diastolic is when it relaxes. You hear these beats with a B/P cuff and stethascope as you know. The 92 is your heart rate...From what you've said, sounds like your Doc needs to dial it in better...
