There is a natural remedy available to purchase to help combat Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (silent Reflux), also known as LPR. Many of these can be found online using a simple Google search, which will bring up information on various websites such as www.natural-reflux-cure.com/laryngopharyngeal-reflux.html and www.homeremediesweb.com/acid_reflux_home_remedy.php
It is important to always consult a doctor if you are having medical problems so that you can receive professional advice beforehand. They may prescribe you a prescription medication or lead you to an over the counter one.

The natural remedies that are available for Laryngopharyngeal Reflux can be created at home using simple ingredients. You should be able to found these at your local supermarket, at an inexpensive price.

The first natural remedy is the Apple Cider Vinegar one, where you add one teaspoon of it to half a glass of water and sip it during your meal. The second uses Ginger Root in the form of capsules, which you can find at a local health food store, and taking one everyday after your main meal should help.

The third one is Fennel Seeds, which can be taken by half a teaspoon worth and chewed slowly after your meal. The other one uses Anise and Lavender Tea, which can help to get rid of heartburn.

All you need to do for this is to blend together equal amounts of each substance and heat up two and a half cups full of distilled water. Pour this over a teaspoon of the tea and allow to stand for about 3 to 5 minutes, then strain, add honey and drink no more than 8 oz every morning and 8 oz before bed.

In reflux there is heartburn, painful burning sensation in the chest or throat or back flow of food and acids from the stomach. Antacids work. Also changes in sleeping position are help full. You should do following things.
1. Chew the food completely.
2. Don't drink water after meals. Take before and during meals.
3. Terramin clay has tendency to treat this problem naturally.

You don't have to elevate your bed. You can buy special body pillow type devices that raise your upper body 6-8 inches and are not uncomfortable. Eating apples and applesauce are a natural reflux remedy. I have also found that low carb diets help.
