Finally you signed up as a member. I have answered your question 3-4 times already, because I am familiar with both.  Chest cavity tumors will most likely cause symptoms first because it is more compact than the abdominal area, although if in the upper abdomen, you might get symptoms first.  Thoracic tumors would be more serious as they would crowd more vital organs.
