I did a little research, and it appears that NO, it is not a sign. Most signs of Anemia are subtle and minor... Lack of energy [lethargic], pallid skin and nails, possibly even chewing ice.

I also have a sweet taste in my mouth, ive had it for a week or so now, I'm not sure if I'm having bad breath with it as I live alone and is hard to tell, it doesnt feel clean though, and I brush several times a day
