I can send you links to pictures, but I cannot show you pictures on this site because of copyright. If you type "Stephen Johnson syndrome” in to Google images, several images will appear for you to look at.
Stephen Johnson syndrome is a particularly nasty skin disorder in which the dermis, or inner layer of the skin, separates form the epidermis, or outer layer of the skin.  It is very painful.
There are no known causes, most cases seem to appear out of the blue, although it is thought that a disorder of the immune system and use of antibiotics prior to the condition can be linked to the condition starting.
Symptoms include a sore throat fever and fatigue. Then blisters and lesions appear on the skin, especially around the mouth and genital areas.
It is not usually fatal, but around 5% of people diagnosed do die. There is no known treatment, other than to stop taking any medication linked to causing it and wait for the condition to heal.
It is not something particularly nice to look at and if you do not have a valid reason for doing so, or are of a squeamish disposition I do not recommend you look, because the pictures are pretty gruesome and disturbing.

Stevens Johnson Syndrome is actually a skin disease in which the epidermis separates from the dermis. It is a very rare disease which is caused by infections preceding viral infections like herpes, influenza, mumps etc and allergic reaction to drugs. Here is a link from where you can get pictures of this skin disease:
