Mom's Legs Have Swollen So Big That Her Stomach Is Now Swelling Too. Organ's Coming Out Below. What Could It Be?

I agree with this whole heartedly, Prayer and more prayer , faith and believe in the healer from above. You know my dr. Put me on medicines a year ago, I being 5'4 and weighing ab pout 15-140 along those numbers, I had never gotten up over that weight ever in my 43 yrs of life. But after almost a year now, every month going and weighing in, I started becoming depressed and feeling bad inside and about my outside, I was gaining weight and fast, every month going back in, my weight kept climbing and my legs swelling, I couldnt figurew out why because I have never had a weight problem but all I knew was I was miserable feeling and ill with everyone around, didnt want to go no where, couldnt wear nothing anymore, I had went up and startinbg over 200 pounds. Never in mylife had I been this big, and my health felt every pound. Well I started slacking off my medicines one at a time, and a year later changed my main medication, and now I notice my weight is dropping back down. I am starting to feel better too. I still have some weight to go down, but it maybe something taken making the weight pile on. Another thing, I wasn't even eating hardly, so I knew it wasn't from gorging food, so it maybe a medicine. Id check the medications if she is on alot.

Oh, I forgot, also my legs have started going down with the swelling also, they still are aching where they were swollen and I kept that epitted edema, it has slowkly been going away but still hurts but in time  hopefully thanks jesus it will stop the pain. I feel you so much with my awful experience with these problems too. May God be with you.

Thank you for the prayer. I hope it helps. But in mean time I don't know how to help my mom. This weight and water retention of somekind had put the weight on in a matter of 2months. She doesn't hardly eat. They have taken her off of all medicines one at a time. She still has the morphine pack in her. But they say its not related. Her white blood count would be up as if her body was attacking something. And its not. They just keep telling her they can't find anything . That her tests are all normal!!! I'm so confused. I hope we have an answer soon how much can one persons body take

A body can or cannot take much, it depends on alot. Age, health problems, how healthy, or not, and it seems if its attacking the body, I have heard of a case similar before , turns out it had to do with the white blood count and being a problem there. , and I believe i would get another opinion about the pack inside, it couldn't hurt to hear anothers voice and opinion from tests too, you know, just keep on those dr.s, research, every symptom, med, she on, ask nurse's even, in my opinion, and not alone, there has bbeen times, when the nurse may have a better or right answer when a dr. Wont. I kid you not. I worked in a hospital 7-8 yr.s and in all departments, and have many friends to help me while taking med courses, and you wouldn't believe how much a nurse can tell you when a dr. Says they don't know , so ask some nurse's I'd listen to them and ask questions, especially ones that have been nurse's for sometime, they have seen their share and do most of the prep and work for the dr. . don't get me wrong, alot of dr.s are good, but there have been some that seem to not want to take the time and plunge in and follow the problems to get the answers, but i have found a nurse to help me more than the dr. Himself. Just a suggestion.hope you get some answers soon ands she does start getting back to normal and feeling good again. God bless.
