Its main problem is eating outside. Try to keep it home and serve it its favorite food. Though it is not something serious at the moment but it can put you in real trouble if your pet will not stop eating outside. Take care of its hygiene and provide it with healthy clean and fresh food. Take it out for a walk once or twice a day and keep watching it eating habits. It is better that you do not push it to eat at the moment. And yes, give it easily digestible food like rice in small quantity till it feels better.
