My throat is very red and is swelling at one side, also it has some white spots in the back of my neck, my limp notes are swollen also, and the left side of my nose has a knot in it what can be wrong?

I'd imagine you have some sort of throat infection as they are rampant at the moment I've had two in the space of one month you should see your gp if the sensation does not go.
