For some reason these two seem to corellegate (sp) with each other.
With just a quick looksie, I couldn't find anything like that, it will cause kidney problems and acute renal failure. You can read more about it in wikipedia.org, but there wasn't any mention of high blood sugars. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
