I do and I'm 13, it's a comfort thing. I love it, my friends try to make me stop. But I refuse. I don't wann give up paci!!

Before commercial pacifiers were made babies were given what was known as a "sugar tit".
It was a small amount of sugar tied into a clean white cloth. The baby would suck on it like a pacifier.
I am not sure of any adults using a pacifier to help them sleep. I think they have a mental problem relating back to when they were young.
