Groups, hospital, doctors, education, training.finding out what is causing what you think is a anxiety attack. In other words their can be other things causing the symptoms/masking what is really going on with you.so get checked out/have some tests ran to check your blood/ levels.just my opinion.

I've  dealt with anxiety  attacks , I was  taught  to breath  deep  down slowly while counting  to  6 than  hold for  1 sec  than count to 6  as  you let  your  air  out ..Wait than  repeat  the same  therapy  method  over again..This does help calm anxiety  attacks or  panic attacks

My friend had a very difficult year, he got fired and his wife left him. He felt utmost depression and anxiety. Antidepressants didn't help much, so he had to take CBD anxiety oil by the doctor's prescription. I was quite sceptical about it but within a month John got much better.

Hello!

I am sorry that you are going through this situation. It
must be very hard for you. However, no matter what, do not self-medicate. It is
best to consult a professional. Go see a doctor. He/she would be the best one
to advise you. There are group sessions that might also help you.

I hope all goes well for you.

I have suffered from really bad panic attacks this past year, I'm taking medication now, but what also works is breathing slowly or what I really like to do is watch a funny movie or TV show, Arrested Development calms me right down! :)

A high dose of citalopram up to 120 mg day. Stay away from klonopin because you will eventually become addicted.

First thing you must do is see a doctor.  But make sure you insist on receiving counselling as well as medication , pills alone will not make you better .

You should go to a doctor to get a diagnosis. It could be a number of disabilities. It could be ocd.
