Nothing happens :) I always get headaches and sometimes my mind tricks me into believing I've got headache... I've got a phobia of pills/tablets though... I panic when I take them. XD It's really annoying!

It wouldn't really hurt to do it every now and then..but anytime you take anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen and acetaminophen) it affects you. Your liver has to metabolize the pill and taking advil or tylenol regularly just causes unnecessary stress on your liver.
