That's what you've conditioned your body to do so go to bed later and see if this helps as you'll have to reprogram your body for new times and that usually takes about 3 weeks to do, otherwise you're fine.

No, it's fine, but as long as you get the right amount of sleep your body needs. This could be that you may need to sleep earlier than most people because you get up earlier.
