With your rbc: Red blood cells, hgb: Hemoglobin being low that is indicative of anemia. Your wbc: White blood cells and your plt: Platelets being low could be a condition called thrombocytopenia, it could also be indicative of an enlarged spleen, an infection, an autoimmune disease, or a side effect of chemotherapy. But really, the only person who will know for sure would be your doctor.
