Sounds like you had a episode of low blood pressure, yes I do get ringing in my right ear sometimes, it feels like there is boat noise in there, could been dizziness to menstrual cycle due, low blood sugar.
You can take aspirin/tylenol but small amounts, I never take tylenol in high dosages because of the risk of liver damage, too much aspirin can cause unusual bleeding, stroke.
But I would see a doctor if these episodes continue.
