Do you have cats or dogs? If you do, I would say you're getting worms from them. Do not allow your pets to lick you around the mouth. Wash your hands frequently and especially after dealing with animals. See your doctor for medication to rid yourself of worms and if you have animals, you need to take them to the vet or worm them yourself.
