Well unfortunately I just found out I have lung cancer. My family knows, but I don't know how to tell my friends. Help?

I love school and I just love when people help me no matter what when I am on the computer. I am only young. I love dancing, soccer, basketball and swimming. Most of the week in the afternoon I am out doing after-school activities. When I first saw this website I thought it was amazing. Thanks, Dakota!!!
