Well since you'd be starting a business you probably need to apply for a license from your city or county, to operate out of your home. Some neighborhoods are not zoned for a business. Then I'm guessing you might want to have experience with this sort of thing. You would also need insurance in case something happened to someone in your care. Plus you would also need to hire people to help you so you would have to pay them.
Also it would help for you to have some medical background in case you need to administer any life saving, like CPR..... Good luck..... (:
