Since the day before yesterday, I do not feel like eating anymore. Though, my stomach keeps grumbling giving me signals I should eat. I used to be able to eat 4 - 8 slices of bread in the morning but now I struggle with 1. What do I do?

I read through your comments (I snooped! Woopsie) Anyway, you're not feeling like eating anymore but your stomach still grumbles? You said you used to be able to eat a lot of bread in the morning but now you can't. Is there a change in your life that makes you feel anxious? I'm speaking from experience, I guess :p Whenever I feel anything but calm, I can't sit, eat, anything... You said "love" (awh. ♥) do you feel anxious or excited? Is that why you can't eat?

As for your stomach grumbling, your body is used to you eating a lot, like you said... This is a change that your body is adapting to. YOU HAVE TO EAT. You can't just stop doing that! Eating makes you happy! (no joke, I'm not just telling you that...) Whatever the reason for not eating anymore, you can't let it control you.

Try drinking flat soda and eat bland food (rice, toast, applesauce) for a day. You might have a mild stomach virus.  If you can't eat at all or the loss of appetite lasts for another day, make a doctor's appointment.  Loss of appetite can be the symptom of a wide range of diseases.
