If it's clean? I'll use the crapper but I know what you're saying. If I can make it to the kitchen sink with the garbage disposal, that's usually best. Is kind of hard sticking your head in a place where your butt sits ! LOL.
When you are ill and need to vomit, where do you prefer to do that? I'm just wondering as I can't bring myself to use a toilet for that purpose....I'd rather utilize a trashcan, then clean it out!
I usually up-chuck in a Tupperware container and save it for a nice warm meal later.
I use plastic bags to line my trash cans. For the one in the bathroom, I double-bag it, just in case. If I need to throw up, I just throw up in that trash can, tie the bag tight when finished and then throw it in the trash outside.
I have to use the toilet. The smell will just make puke all over again if I did it any other way. At least with a toilet I can flush it and it is gone.
I prefer the trashcan. But if it be a serious caution i wouldn't care if i have to use toilet if i be close enough. Just will get myself to the closet safe zone to get off of home's floor.

I prefer to use the big white telephone in the bathroom but a bucket also works just fine and cleans out a lot more easily than a trash can.
Line a trash can or a small bucket with a plastic garbage bag so you don't have any serious cleanup to do. You don't want to see or smell that any more than you have to afterwards.
